Learning To Follow the Teacher Guides To Deliver Effective Lessons

NewGlobe’s teacher guides run on a 2G e-reader style tablet device that puts every lesson plan in the hands of the teacher. This enables every teacher to benefit from carefully designed, grade-specific lessons based on pedagogical research that has been shown to help improve learning, especially in low and middle income countries.
Teachers are enabled to focus more on teaching rather than planning, they are able to support pupils and give time to those who are struggling.

This skill centers around helping teachers understand how they might best engage students and ensure active participation in class activities that has been shown to boost motivation for learning. It values encouraging and motivating the student with positive motivation techniques and crucial feedback on how their behavior is either helping or hindering their learning.
