Scientifically-Based In-Person Induction Training

Every teacher and school principal receives scientifically-based, in-person, multi-day intensive training at the start of the program.
The induction training leverages the experience of an education research organization with a decade-long track record of successfully training and preparing tens of thousands of government teachers globally.

Data-Driven Ongoing Coaching & Professional Development

An integrated support network and data driven feedback loop is the most effective way to support teachers and improve teaching practice. NewGlobe ensures that all teachers have a close and personalized network to support and enhance their teaching practice.
Every teacher in a NewGlobe program is supported by a dedicated team of expert professional development coaches, who visit each teacher’s classroom up to three times a month to provide feedback and coaching.
